SCHOOL NAUTICAL DAYS 2024
Enjoy the sea in the best possible way by practicing water sports with qualified technicians, insurance for all activities and adequate material for students.
Students will be divided into groups to do all the activities of the DACAR 2024 program, exposing the basic notions in a structured way and promoting motivation for nautical practice.
Justification of carrying out physical activity in the natural environment
Physical activity in the natural and aquatic environment is essential in the educational projects of schools for various reasons. In addition to reducing stress and improving students' mood, it can have a positive effect on their academic performance and mental health. Larson et al. (2014).
Water sports offer a wide variety of training options and are a great way to develop teamwork and social skills. Finally, the introduction of physical activity in the natural aquatic environment promotes environmental awareness and appreciation of natural spaces. Chawla et al. (2014).
