Our clients must be 18 years of age or older and possess full legal capacity. Our company sells services online, so contracts can be made 365 days a year, at any time. Information about the availability of services may change without prior notice. 


The prices of our services are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the service. The price of each service is determined when placing the order, is binding and will not change until the order is placed.

We reserve the right to change the prices of services available from the company, the introduction of new services, make and withdraw special offers or make changes to the website.


The contracting of services is carried out once the user has selected a specific date in the calendar of the activity to be carried out, along with the number of participants. Once you hit the reserve button, the contract will be added and reserved in the shopping cart for half an hour. Time during which you must make the payment or you will lose the reservation of the activity, date and selected participants. Once you have done so, you must fill out the purchase form without having to register on the page.

Once the client has made the contract, an email will be sent to the email address that has been provided informing the client that we have successfully received their reservation. After this email, you will receive another confirming your reservation.

Way to pay

Contract payments will be made online by credit and/or debit card, Bizum or in cash on the day of the reservation. The charge on the credit/debit or Bizum card will be made at the time of contracting. This company uses the Redsys payment gateway. Our company has the SSL security certificate. Redsys is a completely secure gateway, just like Bizum. The entire process to enter credit card data is carried out under the security of its servers.

Returns and cancellations 

The user who owns the reservation may exercise his right to cancel as long as it is prior to 48 hours from the date of booking the activity. To process the cancellation of a reservation and its subsequent return, you must:

– Send an email to the following address: info@actividadesnauticasdacar.com. In that email the Subject should be indicated as "Cancellation". In the same email you must indicate the name of the holder of the reservation and the order number that appears in the email that was previously received confirming the reservation.

Once the cancellation has been confirmed, in the following days the amount will be refunded. This return will take several days depending on the bank. The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made. If it was through a credit / debit card, the amount will be returned to it. If it was through Bizum, the amount will be refunded through this platform.

For people who have selected "Payment in cash" as the payment method on the day of the route and report the cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, we will contact you so that they pay us the amount owed. All this for not complying with the cancellation time established by the company.

Meteorological or sanitary conditions due to perimeter restrictions due to the pandemic

If weather or pandemic-related circumstances occur in which the company determines that it is not safe to carry out the activity, since it poses a risk to the client and the company, it reserves the right to provide a similar activity on a different day than the one scheduled. or to suspend said activity. If the client does not accept, in this case, carrying out the activity on the proposed day, they will be able to enjoy a coupon for the same amount of the reservation that they can use whenever they want within a maximum period of 12 months.

In the event that the activity cannot be carried out due to OVER BOOKING, the company will offer the possibility of carrying it out on another date or accepting a refund of the amount paid for the reservation. The refund will be made in the same way that the payment was made. If it was through a credit / debit card, the amount will be returned to it. If it was through Bizum, the amount will be refunded through this platform.
